By using the 10bd.ws website and its associated mobile application, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. 10bd's terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and the 10bd operator.

• 10bd reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false information and forfeit the associated balance.

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the validity period will be forfeited.

• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the 10bd system.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of the platform.
• Colluding with other members when placing bets.

10bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is proven.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing incorrect information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
