Account & Login

Opening an account on 10bd is quick and easy. On the registration page Go and fill in the form with your mobile number, name, and a password of your choice. An OTP will be sent to your registered number — verify it and your account will be activated right away. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes. Please note that only one account can be created per mobile number.

On the login page, Click the "Forgot Password?" button. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent. Verify the OTP, then set a new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long; including numbers and special characters is recommended. If you run into any issues, email support@10bd.ws.

Yes, account verification (KYC) is required before you can make a withdrawal. You'll need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. It's a security measure designed to protect your account and funds. Verification is not required for betting or deposits.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and click the "Security" tab. From there, enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option. Each time you log in from a new device, an OTP will be sent to your mobile. With this enabled, no one can access your account even if they know your password.

Accounts are usually suspended due to a rule violation or suspicious activity. Email us at support@10bd.ws with a full description of the issue. Our team will review the situation and take action within 24 hours. If you want to close your account yourself, use the "Close Account" option in Settings.
Betting & Odds

After logging in In the Betting section Go to your preferred sport — cricket, football, or tennis. Select an event and market, check the odds, and enter your stake on the bet slip. Click "Confirm Bet" to place it. Make sure your balance is topped up before placing your first bet.

Yes, live betting on 10bd runs 24 hours a day. You can bet on live matches across more than 30 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and basketball. Odds update in real time during matches. When no live matches are available, you can still bet on virtual sports.

Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, you can use the Cash Out feature to partially or fully settle a bet before it concludes. Cash Out availability depends on match conditions and current odds. If an event is cancelled or suspended, your bet will be automatically refunded.

10bd uses decimal odds. Payout = stake × odds. For example, a BDT 100 bet at odds of 2.5 returns BDT 250 (BDT 150 profit plus your original BDT 100 stake). Odds are determined by analysing team strength, form, and market demand. To learn more, Analytics Section View.

10bd offers three bet types: single, multi, and system bets. You can add up to 20 events to a multi bet. The minimum stake per bet is BDT 10, and the maximum limit varies by account type. High roller accounts have higher limits — On the High Roller Page View.
Deposits & Withdrawals

In the Transactions section Go to the "Deposit" tab and select bKash as your payment method. Enter the amount and your bKash number. You'll receive a payment request in the bKash app — confirm it with your PIN. Your balance is usually credited within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–24 hours of your request. bKash and Nagad are the fastest options (2–6 hours), while bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not complete. Visit the Transactions section for daily withdrawal limits and full terms.

The minimum deposit on 10bd is just ৳200 BDT, applicable for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. For bank transfers, the minimum is ৳500 BDT. The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳500,000 BDT. Limits may differ for High Roller accounts. There are no additional charges on deposits.

First, wait 30 minutes — network delays can sometimes cause a lag. If the issue remains, note your bKash/Nagad transaction ID (TrxID) and email support@10bd.ws. Our team will verify the TrxID and resolve the issue within 6 hours. No funds are ever lost — a refund is issued in every case.
Bonuses & Rewards

After opening a new account, the welcome bonus is automatically applied to your first deposit. The bonus amount and terms vary depending on the current offer. You can use the bonus to place bets, but it cannot be withdrawn directly — you must meet the specified rollover requirement first. For full details, Rewards Section View.

A rollover is a wagering requirement that must be met using bonus funds. For example, a 5x rollover means you need to bet five times the bonus amount. If you receive a BDT 100 bonus with a 5x rollover, you must place BDT 500 in bets before you can withdraw. There's also a time limit to complete the rollover — typically 7–30 days. Weekly or monthly cashback offers return a portion of your losses from a specific period. Cashback is credited to your account automatically and can be used directly for betting. The cashback rate and terms vary by offer. To view active offers, Rewards Page Visit.

Multiple incorrect password attempts will automatically lock your account temporarily. If a login is attempted from an unrecognised device, you'll receive an alert on your mobile. If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and notify us at support@10bd.ws.

No. No 10bd employee or representative will ever ask for your password, OTP, or banking details over the phone or by email. If anyone requests this information in the name of 10bd, it is a scam. Report it to support@10bd.ws immediately.
Mobile App

The 10bd app is available directly from our App Page Available for both Android and iOS. The app can also be downloaded as an APK file. If you have trouble installing it, follow the instructions on the app page.

Log in to the app with your password once, then go to Settings and enable the "Biometric Login" option. From then on, you can sign in using your fingerprint or Face ID. This feature depends on your device's own security capabilities.

Check your phone settings to make sure notifications are enabled for the 10bd app. If not, grant the permission. Also make sure the app is up to date. If the issue persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the app usually resolves it.
